Oscar Graham

Principal, Pacifica Investments

Oscar has over 18 years of experience in the fields of Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, and Architecture. He identifies and sources investment opportunities for Pacifica and its partners, including properties for the development of residential and mixed-use projects.  Oscar is highly involved throughout the entire life of the project including acquisition, financial underwriting, project design, pursuit of entitlements and disposition.

Prior to Pacifica, he worked as Director of Acquisitions for Foremost Companies in Newport Beach, and previously as urban planner for the City of Torrance, where he coordinated entitlements for a wide variety of residential and commercial development projects, including approvals with the Planning Commission and City Council.  He also worked as a project manager for DSE Architecture, an architectural firm in the City of Orange.

Oscar studied architecture at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  Most recently,  he graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California (USC).   Oscar is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and the American Planning Association. He mentors students in real estate development and urban planning.
